Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Cozyapps. When we say "we" or "our," we mean Cozyapps. By downloading, accessing, or using Readmori, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Readmori

Readmori helps you organize books, time your reading, track progress, and save summaries. It also offers AI feedback on your summaries. You must follow applicable law and app-store rules when using it.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use an online service. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or legal guardian must provide it.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and activity under your account. If you think someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, email frenk.q8@gmail.com promptly.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid features may require an automatically renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Your app store shows the price, billing period, taxes, trial availability, and renewal terms before you buy. Those terms apply if they differ from promotional text in the app.
• Unless you cancel before a free trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your store account is charged.
• You can manage or cancel through your app-store account. Deleting Readmori or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• The applicable app store's policies and applicable law govern refunds.

Your content

You keep ownership of the summaries, notes, and other content you submit. You give Cozyapps limited permission to store, process, transmit, and display it as needed to run, secure, and improve Readmori. This includes generating an AI response when you request one.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to use it. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

AI-generated content

AI reflections and questions can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are reading aids, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Review them before relying on or sharing them.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Readmori, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass subscription or security controls, use automated systems to overload the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Our rights and third-party services

Readmori, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Cozyapps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Readmori also relies on third-party services and app stores. Their terms may apply separately, and we are not responsible for services outside our control.

Changes and availability

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We aim to keep Readmori available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Readmori is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated content. Cozyapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Readmori at any time and can delete your account through the app or our account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or repeated violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Readmori or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
